Point Water Sources Survey in Northern Somalia [Back to Photo Gallery]
To ensure that water sources are developed and managed sustainably, SWALIM carries out comprehensive studies of water resources through extensive field surveys. In 2008, a comprehensive inventory of point water sources was carried in northern Somalia. The survey team covered over 18,00kms and recorded over 1,600 strategic water points.
